Terms and Conditions

Sava Residential Surveying Expo 2026 (the “Event”)

1. Promoter’s name and address: Anchorman Professions is a trading name of Arthur J. Gallagher Insurance Brokers Limited. Registered Office: Spectrum Building, 55 Blythswood Street, Glasgow, G2 7AT (the “Promoter”).

2. The Promotion: Win 2 tickets to a Gallagher PREM Rugby Fixture between 10 October 2026 and 5 June 2027. Quarter final, semi-final and finals tickets are not included in the draw and tickets are subject to availability (the “Prize”).

3. Prize: The following prize is available to be won during the Event: The winner will receive a voucher to be redeemed against one pair of (2) tickets to a Gallagher PREM Rugby Fixture between 10 October 2026 and 5 June 2027. Semi-final and finals tickets are not included in the draw and tickets are subject to availability (the “Prize”). The winner’s initial choice of game may not be available and an alternative option will be offered.

4. Promotion Period: This promotion is open between 10am and 4pm on 6 October 2026.

5. How to Participate:
a) Visit the Anchorman Professions stand at the Event during the Promotion Period and display your delegate badge.
b) Complete the prize draw entry form and hand to an Anchorman Professions representative.
c) Each completed form will be entered into the prize draw.
d) The prize draw will take place at the end of the event on 6 October 2026 and the winner will be selected at random.
e) The first form drawn will win the Prize.

6. Eligibility Terms:
a) To participate in this prize draw: you must be:
i. an in-person delegate at the Event; and
ii. a resident of the United Kingdom; and
iii. over the age of 18.
b) Employees of the Promoter or any other company within the Promoter’s group of companies, their immediate family members and anyone who is connected with the administration of this prize draw are excluded from participating.

7. General Terms:
a) Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry.
b) The Prize is not transferable, refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
c) Entries received outside of the Promotion Period will not be considered.
d) Only one Prize per person can be won.
e) This prize draw is not available in conjunction with any other offer.
f) In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to: (a) substitute the Prize with items of an equivalent or greater value; or (b) in exceptional circumstances, amend or close the prize draw without notice. The Promoter will not engage in any correspondence with any participant regarding any decision that it makes in connection with the operation of this prize draw.
g) The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
h. Sale or exchange of the Prize is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to sell, transfer or exchange the Prize will result in the Prize being withdrawn by the Promoter and the Prize will be declared null and void.

8. Additional Rugby Tickets Terms:
a) The tickets will be subject to the Premiership Rugby’s general terms and conditions which are available on their website https://www.premiershiprugby.com (together with those set out on the tickets and the rules and regulations of the venue).
b) The winner and their guest will be responsible for making their own travel arrangement to the match.
c) Please note that the tickets only grant general admission to the match and do not include travel costs, insurance, meals and beverages, personal expenses, additional activities, or any other expenditure.
d) The Promoter will not be responsible if the winner and their guest are unable to attend the match due to health or any other reasons.
e) The Promoter will not be liable if the match is cancelled, delayed or suspended as a result of an act, omission, event or circumstance which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.

9. Notification and Announcement of Winners: Anchorman Professions will contact the winner via phone and email within 3 days of the winner selection to inform them that they have won the Prize and will provide the winner with instructions for claiming their Prize. The winner will have 7 days to accept or reject the Prize. Failure to do this will result in the Prize being forfeited and the Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, award the Prize to a reserve selected at the same time as the original winner. The Promoter is required to publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will provide the surname and county of the winner to anyone who sends an email to insights@ajg.com within one month of the prize draw taking place. If you object to any or all of your surname and county being published or made available, please contact the Promoter by sending an email to insights@ajg.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter will still be required to provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

10. Privacy and Personal Data: In order to participate in this Promotion you will need to provide the Promoter with your personal data. For information on how the Promoter will use your personal data and how you may exercise your rights in respect of that information, please refer to the Promoter’s privacy notice at https://www.ajg.com/uk/brokerage-privacy-policy.

11. Marketing: The Promoter may process your personal data for marketing purposes with your consent, based on a legitimate business interest, or as otherwise permitted by law. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting the Promoter at uk.unsubscribe@ajg.com.

12. Law and Jurisdiction: This prize draw and its terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes arising out of it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
