All Chartered Surveyors are members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). As well as promoting and regulating the profession, RICS also provide a wealth of information and guidance to its members and the public. Members of the RICS must abide by the “Rules of Conduct” which include a requirement to arrange a minimum level of Professional Indemnity Insurance with an approved Insurer.
We arrange policies for a wide and varied cross section of Chartered Surveyors. Whether your work involves Building Surveys, Home Buyer Reports, Schedules of Condition, Dilapidation Reports, Rent Reviews, Lease Renewals, Lease Enfranchisement, Fire Reinstatement Valuations, Probate and Matrimonial Valuations, Contract Administration, Measured Surveys, Project Management, Party Wall Awards, Agency Sales, Acquisition and Investment Work, Mortgage Valuations, EPCs etc., when you have been engaged to provide services you will be exposed to the risk of a claim.

We have access to most major Insurance Companies, the Lloyds of London Insurance market and our own exclusive In House Scheme. We always strive to find the right insurance solution for you, at the most competitive premium.
Our In-House Scheme is exclusively available through us and cannot be arranged through any other Insurance Broker.
