We also have an exclusive facility for block runoff insurance (also known as single premium run off) allowing you to buy a policy that runs for a chosen period of time for up to six years.
Chartered Surveyors have a mandatory requirement imposed upon them by the RICS to maintain run-off insurance for a minimum of 6 years!
